A detailed country-management simulation with player-run economies, corporations, wars and space travel across several worlds.
Simcountry is a browser simulation in which each player runs a country on one of several shared worlds. You manage government budgets, taxes, health and education, and also run corporations that produce goods and trade on world markets with other players.
War is optional on some worlds. Players who want conflict can build armed forces and fight other countries, while peaceful players can focus on growing the economy. Later versions added space travel and other systems on top of the economic core.
The game is made by the Dutch company w3creative. A free membership is available, alongside paid full membership, and the game offers optional rewards in cryptocurrency to members who sign up for that program. Thousands of players are online at a time, according to the homepage.
