Big Farm

Big Farm is a farming simulation from Goodgame Studios, first released in 2012 and played in the web browser. The setup has you taking over a neglected family farm and rebuilding it.

Play revolves around fields, animal pens, and production buildings. Crops feed livestock, livestock produce goods, and goods are processed or sold to fill orders, so planning the chain between them matters. As the farm levels up, you unlock more buildings, decorations, and land to expand onto. Timed events add seasonal goals and rewards.

Players can join cooperatives to work on shared tasks and compete in group rankings. Goodgame later released a separate mobile adaptation, Big Farm: Mobile Harvest, which is a distinct game. The browser version is free to play, with an optional premium currency for speeding up timers and buying special items.
